The Challenge

Old Sport Company needed a storefront that matched the quality of their apparel and scaled into international markets. The existing theme had become a patchwork of customizations that was degrading mobile performance and making it nearly impossible to implement new features cleanly. International buyers were reaching checkout only to find currency display errors and a checkout experience that didn't reflect their local market. The collection page structure couldn't support size, color, and material filtering at the scale their catalog had grown to.

Our Solution

We launched a custom Shopify theme with multi-currency, optimized PLPs, and editorial-grade product storytelling. The rebuild started from a clean Shopify Dawn base with a fully custom section architecture, eliminating all accumulated technical debt. Shopify Markets was configured for USD, CAD, and GBP with automatic geo-redirect and localized size charts at the page level. Collection pages were rebuilt with native Shopify Search & Discovery for faceted filtering and rebuilt for sub-2-second mobile load times.
